For Guests Requesting Long-Term Stays
Our reservation system allows bookings of up to 31 nights at a time. If you wish to stay for more than one month in our Tokyo apartments, please follow the steps below:
■ How to Make a Reservation
1️⃣ Please divide your stay into one-month periods when making reservations.
(Example: If your stay is from January 13 to June 13)
1st reservation: January 13 – January 31
2nd reservation: February 1 – February 29
3rd reservation: March 1 – March 31
…
Final month: June 1 – June 13
2️⃣ When making each reservation, please select the same room type and conditions.
After confirming with us, we will do our best to arrange for you to stay in the same room whenever possible.
Please note that if it is not possible to book your entire stay at once, room changes may occur during your stay.
If you wish to ensure that you stay in the same room for the entire period, please make a reservation for the full period in advance.
Also, please select the additional option for the first month (room cleaning fee: 20,000 JPY).
